Regulations on Foreign Travel Assignments Approved by the Council of the Institute on March 8, 1908
Abstract Generated abstract
These regulations define the conditions under which the Tomsk Technological Institute could assign and fund foreign travel for academic development. They specify eligible categories of staff and former scholarship holders, qualification requirements based on examinations or scholarly publications, distinctions between long-term and short-term assignments, and deadlines for reporting to the Institute Council after return. The document also limits the scope of the rules by excluding professors teaching at the Institute and establishes a service obligation in Russia proportional to the duration of the funded travel.
