Correction

In the note “New Photocells,” printed in issue 1, vol. XXII of Uspekhi Fizicheskikh Nauk, I made an inaccuracy, namely, it was erroneously stated: “in the group of semiconductors of the Leningrad Physico-Technical Institute, headed by Yu. P. Maslakovets…”. In fact, the head of the LFTI semiconductor group is Acad. A. F. Ioffe, and not Yu. P. Maslakovets, who heads only the laboratory of photocells with a blocking layer that is part of this group.
