Corrections

In the article by P. A. Rebinder, V. I. Likhtman, and L. A. Kochanova, “Adsorption-induced reduction in the strength of metallic single crystals and spontaneous dispersion in a liquid medium,” published in DAN, vol. 111, no. 6 (1956), the following corrections should be made:

a) on p. 1279, line 10 from the bottom, it should read:

\[ \text{for } \sigma_{12} > \sigma_m,\quad \frac{(P_m)_0 - (P_m)_A}{(P_m)_0} = \frac{\sigma_1 - \sigma_{12}}{\sigma_1}; \]

b) in the caption to Fig. 1, it should read: at temperatures of 250° and 350°;

c) on p. 1280, line 29, instead of “tension” it should be “stress.”
