ERRATA

In the article by I. L. Knunyants, V. V. Shokina, and Li Chzhi-yuan, “Perfluorodienes,” published in DAN, vol. 129, no. 2, 1959:

on p. 328, line 15, the reaction scheme should read:

\[ n\cdot \mathrm{CF_2{=}CF_2}+\mathrm{CF_2Cl{-}CFClJ} \to \mathrm{CF_2Cl{-}CFCl(CF_2{-}CF_2)_{n-1}{-}CF_2CF_2J}; \]

on p. 330, line 29, instead of the printed “104 g of tetrachlorodecadiene,” read: “104 g of tetrachlorodecane.”

In the article by I. L. Knunyants, E. Ya. Pervova, and V. V. Tyuleneva, “Esters of Perfluoroalkenylphosphinic Acids,” published in DAN, vol. 129, no. 3, 1959:

a) on p. 576, line 15, the left-hand part of the formula should read:

\[ {>} \mathrm{C{=}CF_2} + :\mathrm{P} \begin{matrix} \mathrm{OR}\\[-2pt] |\\[-2pt] \mathrm{OR}\\[-2pt] |\\[-2pt] \mathrm{OR} \end{matrix} \to \cdots \]

b) on p. 576, line 9 from the bottom, the series showing activity among olefins should read:

\[ \begin{matrix} \mathrm{CF_2{-}CF}\\ | \quad \|\\ \mathrm{CF_2{-}CF} \end{matrix} > \begin{matrix} \mathrm{CF_3}\\ \mathrm{CF_3} \end{matrix} >\mathrm{C{=}CF_2} > \mathrm{CF_3CF{=}CF_2} > \mathrm{CF_2{=}CF_2} \]

In the article by B. V. Vartapetyan and A. L. Kursanov, “Study of the Oxidative Condensation of Catechins with the Aid of \(\mathrm{O_2^{18}}\) and \(\mathrm{H_2O^{18}}\),” published in DAN, vol. 129, no. 2, 1959:

on p. 448, line 8, instead of \(\mathrm{H_2O_2^{18}}\) there should be \(\mathrm{H_2O^{18}}\);

on the same page, the penultimate line of Table 1 refers to the variant \(\mathrm{H_2O—O_2^{18}}\);

on p. 449, line 27, instead of \(\mathrm{H_2O—H_2^{18}}\) there should be \(\mathrm{H_2O—O_2^{18}}\).
