On p. 503, line 10 from the bottom, instead of

\[ dF=-\frac{2\tau^2}{\pi}|A|\,|h|\cos(\varphi-\theta_A) \]

there should be

\[ dF=-\frac{2\tau^2}{\pi}|A|\,|h|\cos 2(\varphi-\theta_A). \]

On p. 504, line 10 from the bottom, instead of \(\psi'(x)\ge 1/\ln \frac{1}{\rho}\) there should be \(\psi'(x)\ge \ln \rho/(r-1)\).
