Wigner's quantum distribution function in cylindrical coordinates
Abstract
The definition of Wigner's quantum distribution function in cylindrical coordinates
is given. The kinetic equatiom for this function is written down and equilibrium distribution
for the case of non-interacting electron gas placed into the magnetic field and
localized by means of external forces is found.
