Construction of a turbulent measure for Vlasov's system of equations
Abstract
A measure which is a generalization of the concept of a statistical solution and is useful for averaging functional nonlocal with respect to the time is constructed in the set of generalized solutions of Vlasov's system of equations. Bibliography: 7 titles.
